Ivy House is a restored traditional Victorian 'B' listed townhouse providing comfortable accommodation in the world renowned Festival city.

Ivy House was built in 1874 and retains many original features of the period. It is a family run establishment recently under new management .

The colourful front garden has an Ivy basket feature and rambling ivy adorning the front facade of the building. Centrally located on the south-side of Edinburgh, one mile from the centre.
